What’s up with the shipping?

All coffees are always fresh roasted, packaged, and shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.  Please understand that it may take up to one week for you to receive your gourmet coffee. 

We are working closely with the shipping companies to continually reduce costs.  Thank you for understanding. 

You may notice when the website automatically calculates the shipping it may state that the total weight is more then the actual weight of the coffee you purchased. The poundage also accounts for the packing materials as well as the box used to ship your coffee.
