A gourmet coffee experience!

Mountain Gap Coffee is located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.  As importers and roasters of fine coffees, we offer superb blended, flavored and exotic coffees, as well as rich espresso, organic, and fair trade gourmet coffee.

Coffee harvesting has barely changed throughout the years. From South and Central America to Africa, Hawaii, Jamaica, and the Far East, coffee is still picked by hand.  At our roasting plant, we carefully hand select these beans and ship them fresh roasted to you.

Our roasters are skilled artisans with decades of experience.  And our state-of-the-art roaster employs a closed cylinder method where the flames never touch the premium coffee bean, resulting in a bean roasted through and through without that “burnt” taste. Here is where the art form of coffee roasting reaches its highest level. Our roasters determine the perfect roasting time and temperature for each coffee to coax the special nuances out of every bean.  We never compromise our standards — our flavored coffees are made with only 100% Colombian Supremo beans.
